Requirements
- Active LPN license in Alabama or compact state
- 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
- BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
- Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on nursing care to patients with complex medical needs
- Work closely with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support personalized care plans
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and basic treatments, and accurately document care
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting recovery and long-term well-being
- Ensure care is provided in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
