Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (Nebraska)
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
- Clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and staff
- Working knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations
- Commitment to quality care and accountability
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents closely and report changes in condition
- Communicate with physicians, families, and care team members
- Perform clinical procedures (tube feedings, wound care, catheterization, suctioning, etc.)
- Order medications, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Advocate for residents' needs, preferences, and care plans
- Complete accurate, timely documentation
