About The Position

WeCare tlc operates a health center for the employees and dependents of our client. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. This role supports providers through direct patient care, clinical assessment, patient intake and discharge, laboratory services, medication dispensing, patient education, and care coordination. The LPN collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care delivery while supporting preventive health initiatives and chronic disease management.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills
• High level of customer service
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic human anatomy.
• Through education or training in the basics of medical terminology.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT, PCT or CNA
• Current CPR/BLS
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience required.
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Florida
• Background checks and pre-employment drug screening required
