About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Fort Wayne and surrounding communities. This role offers more flexibility, support, and allows nurses to focus on one patient at a time, building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. BAYADA provides skilled nursing care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of clinical needs and acuity levels. The position emphasizes personalized, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time.
• Focus attention on one client throughout the shift.
• Build a meaningful relationship with the client and their family.
• Provide personalized, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize user-friendly electronic charting through Statewise.
