About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) for overnight 1:1 home care in Fort Wayne and surrounding communities. Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time while enjoying the flexibility, support, and stability of a BAYADA nursing career. This role offers a competitive hourly rate with weekly pay, flexible scheduling options including 8-, 10-, and 12-hour overnight shifts, and no weekend requirements. Night shift differentials and retention bonuses may be available. Nurses will focus on providing skilled, 1:1 nursing care in the comfort of the client's home, building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. BAYADA provides 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and experienced guidance. Clients range from pediatrics to geriatrics with a variety of clinical needs. Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
