About The Position

Cascade Health Services is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with great attitudes and top-notch dependability for a 12-week assignment in Tabor, IA. This is a full-time, W2 employment opportunity in a long-term care setting, with flexible scheduling and daily pay options. The assignment is expected to begin in August, and we are looking for two LPNs who can complete the full assignment without commute or housing complications. Pay rates for LPNs can be up to $42/hr, varying based on facility, shift, holidays, overtime, and incentives.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (Colorado)
• Current BLS/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Recent experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• TB Test (MO requires 2-step), IGRA, or chest X-ray

Responsibilities

• Complete a guaranteed 12-week assignment.
• Work in a long-term care setting.
• Utilize the mobile app to book shifts, set alerts, get shift notifications, and clock in/out.
• Provide care in diverse facilities including LTC, rehab, assisted living, hospitals, and LTAC.
