About The Position
Ohioans Home Healthcare is seeking a full-time, dayshift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes. This role offers autonomy, diverse case management, and strong support from a close-knit, family-friendly culture. The LPN will assess, plan, and implement patient care, educate patients and families, and manage various patient needs including wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley caths, and medication administration. The position is based in Toledo, OH, and serves the surrounding area.
Requirements
- Current LPN state licensure
- Three years of nursing experience
- CPR certification
- Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Home healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
