About The Position
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a 32-year-old female adult in Uniontown, PA. This full-time evening shift role focuses on building meaningful connections and delivering personalized care in a supportive home setting. The position offers an opportunity to slow down, focus on quality care, and become a trusted part of a client's life.
Requirements
- Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for patient care
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Perform trach/vent care
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care
