About The Position
Luther Oaks Senior Living Community in Bloomington is hiring a PRN LPN. Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As a PRN LPN here, you'll provide direct resident care as part of a nursing team supporting residents across a full-continuum campus, with the flexibility to choose your shifts.
Requirements
- Active Illinois LPN license
- At least 18 years old
- Available for at least 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
Benefits
- $34.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials
