About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with BAYADA, you will provide reliable, compassionate care to clients in Burnsville and nearby communities. This role offers consistent hours, 1:1 support, and a team culture focused on trust, growth, and clinical excellence. Requirements

• Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Minnesota.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable, compassionate care to clients in their homes.
• Offer 1:1 support to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
• Utilize electronic charting through Cubhub.
• Participate in efficient onboarding and personalized, paid training.
• Engage in skill-building to prepare for a wide range of clients and acuity levels.
• Receive 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship.
