About The Position

BAYADA is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Minnesota to provide reliable, compassionate 1:1 home care to clients in Burnsville and surrounding communities. The role offers consistent hours, 1:1 support, and a team culture focused on trust, growth, and clinical excellence. Compensation ranges from $27–31/hour, with additional differentials for overnights and weekends. The position offers flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum two shifts/month), with available daytime and overnight shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours, and no weekend requirement.
