Requirements

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Active and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in your practicing state
Strong clinical skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
Current and valid LPN licensure in the state of practice.
Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively within healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs
Assist patients with daily activities ensuring comfort and safety
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient status effectively to healthcare teams
Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to execute care plans
Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention
Adhere to infection control standards and keep work environments organized
Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
