About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for its Wiregrass Ranch rehabilitation hospital, a new facility scheduled to open in the fall. The LPN/LVN provides nursing care as directed by an RN on the nursing unit. Care and procedures must be appropriate to the patient’s age and population and consistent with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines. The role includes gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures. Other related duties may be assigned or requested. PAM Health provides specialty healthcare services across more than 80 locations, wound clinics, and outpatient physical therapy locations in 17 states. Requirements
- Hold current LPN/LVN licensure in the state where the hospital is located, or compact licensure if the state participates.
- Hold current BLS certification; certification must be AHA-approved within 90 days of employment.
- Obtain current IV certification within 90 days of employment if required by state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
