About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for its 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Golden, Colorado. The role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, work with a collaborative clinical team, and help patients progress toward greater independence and returning home. The position is full-time, working three 12-hour night shifts.

Requirements

Current LPN license in the state of Colorado.
Current BLS certification.
Strong communication and clinical skills.
A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Help patients progress toward greater independence and returning home.
