Licensed Practical Nurse (FT LPN $5000 Sign on bonus)
About The Position
CareOne at Wellington is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their facility in Hackensack, NJ. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and involves working in long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, and sub-acute care settings. The LPN will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for assigned residents, providing direct and indirect care according to each resident's plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards. The role also includes supervising Certified Nursing Assistants and other licensed nurses.
Requirements
- Graduate from credentialed school of nursing
- Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
- Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
- Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
- Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
