About The Position

Christian Health has an exciting opportunity for Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses to join Heritage Manor. As a Licensed Practical Nurse working in the nursing home, you are responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Together, the team creates an individualized care plan for each resident. Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
