About The Position
Fountain Inn Post Acute is a 66-bed skilled nursing facility located just 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, South Carolina. With new leadership and exciting positive changes, we’re building a workplace where staff feel heard, supported, and valued. Our smaller setting allows you to truly connect with residents and your team, creating a more personal and meaningful care environment. As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide skilled nursing care on an as-needed basis while supporting residents’ health, comfort, and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Active, unencipumbered LPN license in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team
- Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
