About The Position
Powdersville Post Acute is a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Easley, SC. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, monitor resident health status, administer medications and treatments, and support residents' physical and emotional well-being. Requirements
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
