About The Position
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a 3-year-old male child in a home setting. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections, deliver personalized care, and witness the direct impact of your work. The position focuses on quality care and becoming a trusted part of a child's life.
Requirements
- Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide G-tube care and feedings
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
- Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care
