About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for an 8-year-old male child in a home setting. Requirements

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide G-tube care and feedings
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care
