Licensed Practical Nurse
About The Position
CareOne at Essex Park is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Beverly, MA location. They are hiring for Per-Diem, Part-time, and/or Full-time positions across all shifts (7-3, 3-11, and 11-7). The compensation ranges from $35.00 to $49.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and shift differentials. This role involves the day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for assigned residents, providing direct and indirect care according to their medical plan and in accordance with state and federal regulations. The LPN will also supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and other licensed nurses.
Requirements
- Graduate from credentialed school of nursing
- Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
- Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
- Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
- Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
