About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice and applicable state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN helps maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care, and improve the overall patient experience in the MST setting. The role is in the Inpatient Physical Rehab department at Prime Healthcare St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.

This is a full-time night position with three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., including rotating weekends and holidays. A sign-on bonus of $7,500 is available to qualified candidates; eligibility and payout terms apply and will be discussed during the interview process. The listed compensation range is $31.00 to $40.00.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintained thereafter.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certificate within 90 days of hire and maintained thereafter.
