About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a 2-year-old male child in a supportive home setting. Requirements

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience
• Cardiac experience
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide GJ-tube care and feedings
• Administer O2 PRN
• Monitor vitals
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care
