Licensed Practical Nurse Full Time Nights
About The Position
Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa, located at Woodstork and Temple Terrace, is opening in February 2025. The new hospital will have 60 private patient rooms and two rehabilitation therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to assigned patients within the scope of licensure and in accordance with established federal, state, and regulatory nursing standards, as well as hospital policies and procedures. This is a full-time night position. Pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an LPN/LVN.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross; online certification is not acceptable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet strict time frames.
Nice To Haves
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience.
Responsibilities
