About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Charge Nurse to join our team in Bowling Green. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our nursing staff. Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Managing and coordinating the work of nursing staff
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Assisting in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
• Provide direct patient care as needed
