About The Position

BAYADA’s Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for homecare to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with a schedule selected by the nurse and matched to a nearby client. BAYADA offers paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, onboarding support, and ongoing training opportunities. The role’s listed pay range is $26–$30 per hour. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose and are matched with.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
