About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, with cases also available in home and school settings. Nurses can choose age ranges and locations that work best for them, and schedule work around their preferences. The role serves clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. BAYADA provides paid training in the office, in clients’ homes, and online; practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs; and around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Nurses use AlayaCare for electronic charting. Available shifts are morning, evening, or overnight, generally 4–12 hours with one client per shift. PRN, part-time, and full-time arrangements are available, with no weekend or minimum-shift requirements. A $2,000 overnight bonus is available.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Provide care in home and school settings as assigned.
• Document care using AlayaCare electronic charting.
