About The Position

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join its Enfield Primary Care team. The ideal candidate is committed to patient-centered care through scholarly scientific inquiry, compassion for the human spirit and mind, patient and family advocacy and education, and collaboration with everyone involved in patient care. The LPN contributes to the quality of nursing care through performance-improvement techniques that positively affect patient care. The role communicates effectively with colleagues, patients, and family members; educates patients and families about the care being provided; and uses computer-based applications, including E-MAR and clinical documentation, email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office. The position also calls for problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with 40-hour days. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Current CPR certification.
Understanding of computer-based applications, email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office.
