Licensed Practical Nurse- Searcy - Part Time Weekends
About The Position
Arisa Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join their residential facility in Searcy. The LPN will provide direct care, including checking vital signs, administering medications and injections, and obtaining specimens for testing. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a mental health facility. Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider, offering a wide range of services across 41 counties. This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly) and reports to the Program Coordinator. The available shift is Saturday and Sunday, 6 AM to 6 PM.
Requirements
- Arkansas LPN License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
Nice To Haves
- One year experience as an LPN preferred but required
- Experience working with adults in a clinical setting
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement physician orders.
- Administer medications, draw blood, or administer other tests or procedures as ordered.
- Complete appropriate records and documentation.
