About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes throughout Princeton and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible, meaningful work with per diem and visit-based opportunities available. The ideal candidate will have experience in Med-Surg, Long-Term Care, Home Care, or similar settings.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN license
- Minimum 1 year recent LPN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Physical exam within 1 year
- PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray as required
- MMR and flu vaccination compliance as required
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver’s license preferred
