Weekends AM & PM runs- done in the field early, Not working traditional long facility shifts! Some weekday Runs to equal full-time status. Not caring for a whole wing of patients! Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Current LPN license as required by state
1 year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting
CPR certification with American Heart Association or America Red Cross
Positive attitude
Dedication to quality patient care
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation to perform job duties

Responsibilities

Provide behavioral health visits to patients in their homes.
Perform weekend AM & PM runs.
Complete weekday runs to ensure full-time status.
Provide care in Middletown, Rocky Hill, Newington and some surrounding towns if needed.
Help to keep clients home where they most want to be.
