You will not be caring for a whole wing of patients or working traditional long facility shifts. The role involves serving Middletown, Rocky Hill, Newington and some surrounding towns if needed. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current LPN license as required by state
• 1 year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting
• CPR certification with American Heart Association or America Red Cross
• Positive attitude
• Dedication to quality patient care
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to perform job duties

Responsibilities

• Provide the Right Care, at the Right Time, in the Right Place.
• Deliver care to patients in their homes.
• Perform behavioral health visits.
• Complete weekend AM & PM runs.
• Complete weekday runs to equal full-time status.
