Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program
- Current NYS LPN License (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
- Strong communication, observation, and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to patients under RN supervision
- Assist with medication administration and treatment
- Monitor and document patient status and behavior
- Support therapeutic interventions in a structured inpatient setting
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
