About The Position
This career opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse is available in RANDOLPH, MA, focusing on Long Term Care, Short Term Rehab, and Skilled Nursing. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for assigned residents, providing direct and indirect care in accordance with nursing and medical plans, state and federal regulations, and accepted nursing standards. The role also involves administrative supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses within their respective disciplines, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. Requirements
- Graduate from credentialed school of nursing
- Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
- Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
- Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
- Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
