About The Position

This is more than a nursing job. It is a chance to be the steady presence someone remembers when they were at their most vulnerable. At KVC, our nurses do not just provide care. They help people rebuild stability, dignity, and hope during some of the most critical moments of their lives. If you are looking for work that challenges you, matters deeply, and allows you to see the real impact of your skills every day, this role is designed for you. As an LPN in our inpatient psychiatric facility, you will deliver hands-on, compassionate nursing care to individuals navigating acute mental health challenges. You will play a vital role in maintaining patient safety, administering medications, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation. This role requires clinical precision, emotional intelligence, and the ability to respond effectively in both routine and urgent situations. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans and create a structured, therapeutic environment where patients can stabilize and begin recovery. At KVC, our values guide everything we do: compassion, authenticity, family connection, collaboration, innovation, and respect for diverse perspectives. We expect our team members to lead by example, remain solutions-focused, and build on the strengths of those we serve. If you are looking for a role where your skills are respected, your work has visible impact, and your wellbeing is supported, this is where you belong.
