Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Missouri
- Prefer one year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional care
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders
- Monitor vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant health data
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Educate clients and their families about various medical conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care
- Promote a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
