Licensed Practical Nurse, Evening Shift

Both Part & Full-Time opportunities on the Evening shift (3:00 - 11:30 pm) are available. The LPN's are members of a self-directed team and are responsible for providing exceptional care, supporting leisure, maintaining a safe and clean home, and providing meal and laundry support for those who live in the home. As a nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents are living according to their desires.
Requirements
- Current NYS LPN/RN license
- Current NYS CPR certification
- Interest in working with elderly population
- Leadership, organizational, and communication skills required
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Required to attend complete orientation
- Compliance with NYS Department of Health immunization requirements
