About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for LPNs to join our Delaware County Skilled Nursing team. During your paid Orientation, we will provide an in-depth preview of the role, your client, and the skills required to begin. Your first day in the client home, we will be with you every step of the way, ensuring you feel comfortable with your skills and with the family. You take care of others, BAYADA takes care of you. Private duty nursing involves traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s), hands-on care with only one client per day, and building client relationships and watching their milestones. Your day will look like traveling to one client home near you on a schedule you choose, following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders, performing assessments and monitoring clients' conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. You will feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• MAR-EPA-RX

Responsibilities

• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home
