About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Clinical Resource Group (CRG) Float Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care across multiple facilities in the Jasper area. The role offers $40 per hour, a consistent and guaranteed monthly schedule, and 12-hour night shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements are offered. The nurse will support facility teams with staffing needs, provide high-quality resident care, and document and communicate changes. Local travel within approximately 50 miles is required. The position is presented as an alternative to agency work, without agency contract hopping.

Requirements

• Hold an active LPN license in Indiana.
• Be willing to travel locally within approximately 50 miles.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and adaptability.
