About The Position
Concordia Hospice of Washington is seeking a dedicated and personable Hospice LPN to join their team. This role involves providing skilled nursing care and support to patients, focusing on comfort, dignity, and a personalized approach to end-of-life care. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, assist with wound and personal care, educate patients and families, maintain medical records, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Additionally, the role includes providing emotional support and companionship.
Requirements
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of end-of-life care principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Compassion, empathy, and emotional resilience to provide comfort and support during end-of-life situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
