About The Position

This role involves facilitating holistic patient assessments to identify immediate needs and ensure a personalized, effective care plan. The Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver precise clinical treatments and medications, vigilantly monitoring for adverse reactions to guarantee patient safety and comfort. They will perform essential diagnostic lab tests and therapeutic services, and empower patients and families through education, translating complex treatment plans into clear self-care instructions for successful recovery after discharge.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Nice To Haves

Must be willing to work Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm
