Weekly visits to clients, caregivers, and floaters in Preferred Provider buildings are necessary, with updates documented on computers and in a weekly nursing summary. Visits to clients in hospitals or rehabilitation centers are also part of the role, involving communication with nursing staff for updates. For medication management clients, visits every two weeks are required to fill pill planners or medication dispensers and call in necessary refills. Medication verification must be submitted to the doctor every 60 days for signature. Mandatory staff meetings are held every Monday at 10 am.
