About The Position
GiaCare has the opportunity to hire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (LVN) for a Family Practice Clinic at McClellan Outpatient Clinic in California. This is a civilian opportunity with a typical schedule of Monday - Friday, 0730 - 1630 (7:30am - 4:30pm), based on a 40-hour work week.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure
- 2 years experience in a Primary Care Clinic
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association or Military equivalence
Responsibilities
- Provide care in Primary Care, Women's Health, and Mental Health settings.
- Assess patient's conditions.
- Administer Vaccines and Immunizations.
- Recognize adverse signs and symptoms.
- Order Labs and X-rays.
