About The Position
We are hiring an LPN for our Advanced Urologic Associates team! This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday schedule, involving no nights and no weekends. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Thursday from 7:30 am to 11:30 am. This position requires travel between our Independence Clinic, Saint Luke's East, and Saint Luke's South, depending on the physician's schedule.
Requirements
- MO and KS LPN License
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
Nice To Haves
- Min 1 year clinical nursing experience preferred
- Urology or specialty clinic experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Assist with triage, medication administration, procedures and direct patient care.
- Support management of complex patient concerns and clinical questions.
- Ensure appropriate follow-up on test results, referrals, medications and provider orders.
- Collaborate with providers to maintain continuity of quality of care.
