About The Position
We are hiring an LPN for our Advanced Urologic Associates team! This position is Full Time, Monday - Friday, with no nights and no weekends. The schedule is Mon, Tues, Wed, Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm and Thurs 7:30 am - 11:30 am. This position will travel between our Independence Clinic, Saint Luke's East and Saint Luke's South pending physician schedule.
Requirements
- MO and KS LPN License
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Licensed Practical Nurse - Various
Nice To Haves
- Min 1 year clinical nursing experience
- Urology or specialty clinic experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Assist with triage, medication administration, procedures and direct patient care.
- Support management of complex patient concerns and clinical questions.
- Ensure appropriate follow-up on test results, referrals, medications and provider orders.
- Collaborate with providers to maintain continuity of quality of care.
