About The Position
BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is a paid, new graduate residency program in home care, accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on providing quality care for clients. Clinical Managers provide in-depth training and support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. The program offers the opportunity to care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their passions. BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Completed an Accredited Nursing Program within the Past 12 Months
- Full Time Availability (36+ Hours Weekly Including Days, Evenings, and Weekends)
- Willingness to Commute Throughout Passaic County
