About The Position
Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Multispecialty Clinic in Clarksville. This PRN position supports the licensed healthcare team in providing patient care, including direct patient care, educating patients and families, and following established care plans. The LPN will work collaboratively with RNs and other licensed healthcare professionals to evaluate patient care plans and progress. All patient care activities will be performed under the delegation and supervision of a licensed professional, adhering to VUMC standards and licensure regulations. This role involves working with both pediatric and adult patients.

- Relevant Work Experience
- 1 year of experience
- Graduate of an approved discipline specific program

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with patients/families and health care providers in the delivery of health care services.
- Partners with the healthcare team by following established plan of care to ensure patient progress for effective outcomes.
- Support plans to promote health and a safe and healthy environment.
- Performs phlebotomy, EKGs, vitals, etc.
- Provides healthcare information to patients/families.
- Follows established plan of care.
