About The Position
Our BAYADA Delaware Pediatric North Office is interested in Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who have a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality of care delivered with compassion, excellence and reliability. This role involves providing private duty nursing care in a client's home, focusing on building relationships and observing client milestones. Client age ranges from infant to young adult.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly documents doctors’ orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions
- Document observations, interventions and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
