About The Position

AdvisaCare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide private-duty home care to clients in the Greater Grand Rapids and surrounding area. The work includes home care visits and shift work, with one-on-one patient care. Positions are available in private duty, home health, and hospice divisions.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Experience using medication administration records and treatment administration records.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in private-duty home care nursing.
• Availability for day or night shifts, weekend coverage, and visit-based scheduling.

Responsibilities
