About The Position

The Briarwood Community is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join their team at The Knollwood Nursing Center. This role involves providing compassionate, quality-driven nursing care with manageable patient loads and the support of consistent CNAs and engaged leadership. The position offers a generous orientation and mentorship program, weekly pay, shift differentials, and exceptional benefits including tuition and student loan repayment. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program
  • Current Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Compliance with state CEU requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Long-term care or sub-acute experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
  • IV therapy certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and DPH regulations
  • Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes
